You have a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.
Our sample withdrawal form in PDF format: DOWNLOAD - please enclose the form with the return, this allows us to process it more easily. You can also enclose the withdrawal form by hand, if you do not have a printer available. 

Please make sure to write "Returned goods" on returns from Switzerland - these are free of charge. Unfortunately, we can not completely exclude that sometimes a shipment ends up at customs.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items directly. The process is therefore that you cancel the item normally & we refund you the money. You can then choose again the product of your Choice order. You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Paprcuts GmbH, Glasower Straße 60, 12051 Berlin, Germany, info@paprcuts.de, Phone: +49 30 13881674 (FAX)) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached sample cancellation form, which is not mandatory.

When returning goods from Switzerland, please make sure to write "Returned goods" on the shipment and attach the invoice. Returned goods are duty-free. However, you can never completely rule out the possibility that a package will end up at customs - unfortunately, this is beyond our control. 

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You must pay for any loss in value of the goods only if this loss in value is due to a handling of the goods that is not necessary for the examination of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
